When you book a ride or send a message we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes. When you use the map, your selected location is saved with the booking.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange and confirm your booking, contact you about your trip, share the pickup details with your assigned driver, send reminders, and answer your questions.

Sharing

We share booking details with the driver who carries out your trip. We do not sell your personal data. Payment details, when online payment is available, are processed by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.

Google Maps

The booking form uses Google Maps to find addresses and calculate distances. Google’s privacy policy applies to that service.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for our service, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.
